A useful assessment should not end when the result appears on screen.

The challenge

The platform needed to produce a repeatable diagnostic result for the learner while carrying the same evidence into CRM so follow-up teams did not receive a context-free lead.

The design question

How do you turn answers into an explainable recommendation, preserve the evidence behind it, and make the next action useful for both the learner and the team?

One record moving through the business.

Automation around the rules. Human control around the decisions.

01

Contextual diagnostic intake

Learners select a path and provide role, experience and practical context before completing every required assessment question.

02

Rule-based interpretation

The engine derives technical and urgency scores, skill level, gap codes and recommendation text using the selected assessment definition.

03

CRM segmentation and routing

Every submission creates an Odoo CRM lead with the diagnostic context. HR Excel results can match configured segments and route to a segment owner.

04

Assessment-led recommendations

The result uses diagnosed gaps to surface relevant learning destinations and practical next steps rather than ending with a score.

05

Engagement joined to the lead

Permitted site and email engagement signals can enrich the CRM record with evidence of what the person actually explored.

06

Management context

Assessment source, path, urgency, skill level, gaps, segment and engagement measures are visible on the lead for structured follow-up.

The process became a connected operating flow, not a collection of screens.

The operating requirement

The platform needed to produce a repeatable diagnostic result for the learner while carrying the same evidence into CRM so follow-up teams did not receive a context-free lead.

The connected system

The assessment result and the commercial or learner-support handoff now share the same diagnostic record instead of becoming two disconnected experiences.

The assessment is valuable because the interpretation survives the handoff into the business.

Business analysis first. Technology second.

This was a diagnostic-to-operating-model problem: define the evidence, interpret it consistently, preserve it in CRM and make the next action useful without replacing human advice or commercial judgement.

Fix the process. Connect the systems. Build what's missing.

Bring us the operating problem.

You do not need to know the technology answer. We can map the workflow with you and identify what is worth fixing first.
