How does Nadmaa decide whether to configure, integrate or build a solution?
We start with a complete process map. If an existing platform can be configured to follow the documented steps, we use that. When data must move between systems, we design integrations. If the process requires functionality that no platform provides, we develop custom components to fill the gap.
What level of involvement is required from my team?
Stakeholder interviews and review of existing documentation are needed during discovery. After that, we provide prototypes and test scenarios for validation, but day‑to‑day development work is handled by our engineers.
Can the custom software evolve as my business changes?
We design custom software for maintainability, with documented processes, integrations and extension points so future changes can be assessed without rebuilding the entire solution by default.
