Nadmaa Service Terms
These terms govern the Nadmaa hosted business software service supplied by Nadmaa Technologies, 105–135 Belmont Passage SW, Calgary, Alberta T2X 5X4, Canada (“Nadmaa,” “we,” or “us”). By creating a workspace, the customer agrees to these terms.
1. Service and accounts
Nadmaa provides hosted business applications, including Sales, CRM, Invoicing, Purchasing, Inventory, Website, Contacts, and team tools, together with related support. Customers are responsible for their users, passwords, submitted data, website content, inventory records, and lawful use of the service. Account credentials must not be shared outside the customer’s organization.
2. Trial and deletion
The trial lasts seven days, includes full application access for one internal user, and does not require a payment card. At the end of day seven, an unpaid workspace is blocked. Nadmaa retains the database for a further seven-day grace period and sends reminders. If payment is not completed by the end of day fourteen, the database and associated file storage are permanently deleted.
3. Subscription and payment
The regular paid plan costs USD $49 per month or USD $490 per year and includes up to five internal users. While available, the first 100 paying customers who choose monthly billing receive a founding-customer price of USD $35 per month for their first 12 months; the subscription then renews at the regular monthly price. Annual billing is not combined with the founding discount. Stripe may display and collect a local-currency equivalent using its applicable conversion rate and fees. Subscriptions renew for the selected monthly or annual billing period until cancelled. Taxes, if applicable, are added or collected according to law. Customers may add a card during the trial; doing so does not end the trial unless the customer chooses to pay immediately to add users.
4. Optional services and future add-ons
Assisted onboarding and data import may be purchased for a one-time USD $199 fee. The scope and scheduling of onboarding will be confirmed with the customer. Additional internal users beyond the five included users are planned at USD $8 per user per month but are not available until enabled in the customer’s subscription controls.
5. Customer data and privacy
The customer owns its business data. The customer authorizes Nadmaa and its service providers to process that data only to operate, secure, support, and improve the contracted service. Our Privacy Policy forms part of these terms.
6. Acceptable use
The service must not be used unlawfully, to infringe rights, distribute malware, send unsolicited communications, probe security, evade limits, or interfere with other customers. Nadmaa may suspend use that creates a material security or legal risk.
7. Availability, support, and changes
Support is available through support@nadmaa.com. Nadmaa may maintain, update, or change the service, taking reasonable steps to avoid unnecessary disruption. No uninterrupted or error-free operation is guaranteed.
8. Warranty and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is supplied “as is.” Nadmaa’s aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to fees paid by the customer during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nadmaa is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential losses. These limits do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate according to the subscription controls made available by Nadmaa or Stripe. Outstanding fees remain due. Customers should export required data before cancellation or the end of a grace period.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Courts located in Calgary, Alberta have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer law.
11. Contact
Questions about these terms may be sent to contact@nadmaa.com. Billing questions may be sent to billing@nadmaa.com.
This operational draft should be reviewed by qualified Canadian counsel before accepting production customers.
