Privacy Policy

Nadmaa Technologies processes personal information to provide and secure its hosted business software service. This policy describes our handling of signup, account, billing, and service information.

Information we collect

We collect the name, work email, phone number, company, country, workspace name, login information, support messages, service usage, IP address, device information, and subscription identifiers needed to operate the service. Stripe processes payment-card details; Nadmaa does not store full card numbers.

How we use information

We use information to verify accounts, create and administer workspaces, provide support, prevent abuse, communicate trial and billing deadlines, process subscriptions, maintain security, meet legal obligations, and improve reliability.

Service providers and transfers

We disclose information only to vendors that help provide hosting, email delivery, payment processing, monitoring, and support, or when law requires it. These providers may process information outside the customer’s province or country under their contractual safeguards.

Customer business data

Nadmaa processes data entered into a workspace on the customer’s instructions. Customers are responsible for notices and legal authority relating to the people whose information they enter.

Retention

Unpaid trial workspaces are blocked after seven days and deleted after the following seven-day grace period. Billing, security, audit, and legal records may be retained longer where required for fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, or law.

Security

We use access controls, encryption in transit, isolated databases, verification links, restricted administrative access, and operational monitoring. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, individuals may request access, correction, or deletion of their personal information and may withdraw optional communications. Requests can be sent to contact@nadmaa.com. We may need to verify identity before acting.
